Once, a lady told me, “You’re a child of the forest.” No, I’m a country girl at heart who’s in need of a real VACATION!!!
This year I decided to do a Staycation and it was great! Sometimes we have to shut ourselves out from the rest of the world to enjoy the finer things in life. It’s called self care.
I can not express the importance of exercise, healthy eating, treating yourself to a massage, facial, to help eliminate stress. Having a healthy body and state of mind is worth more to me than anything else. It’s not about the money, it’s about your well being. A wise woman once told me these great pieces of advice.
- Take care of yourself.
- Each time you get paid, buy something for yourself. ( Clothes, nail polish, perfume, etc.)
With that said….part 2 I will have a list of places I personally recommend and more!
