Having the opportunity to apply was a huge step. Receiving the message with the term “impressed” was all I needed. I didn’t tell anyone about this or my future plans with hosting GQC DERBY FASHION WEEK. When I invited my friend Michelle, she asked if I could incorporate her Granny because the kickoff date is on her Granny’s birthday. I said yes, and created the invitation with a vintage photo of Granny a.k.a Katherine. All invites were created with Vintage photos of stylish women.
